Our weekly gymnastics programme for P4-P7 children offers an introduction to a range of skills for all ability levels. These include: rolls and tumbling, vaulting, handstands, travel and balance, jumps and rotation, and using apparatus.

For those children who have attended the class before, they will have opportunities to refine previous skills and progress further, learning more complex actions.

If your child has never tried gymnastics before, already competes at club level and would like some extra practice, or would simply like to come along and try a different sport, we’d love to have them!

EQUIPMENT: We provide all gymnastics equipment.

IMPORTANT INFO: Children will be required to take part in the sessions in bare feet or grip-socks only. No food/snacks allowed but a drink is recommended!
