Our weekly gymnastics programme for P4–P7 children is a fantastic way to learn, practice, and develop a wide range of skills! Through games, activities, and focused drills, participants will explore rolls and tumbling, vaulting, handstands, travel and balance, jumps and rotations, and using different gymnastics apparatus.

Children who have attended the class before will have the chance to refine their skills and progress further, learning more complex moves and building confidence along the way.

Whether your child is new to gymnastics, already competes at club level and wants extra practice, or just wants to try a different sport, we’d love to welcome them!

Important Info:
• All gymnastics equipment is provided.
• Children should take part in bare feet or grip socks only.
• Hair should be tied back and jewellery removed for safety.
