Bookings & Refund Policy

When you book a place in our afterschool sessions, camps, or weekend classes, you are reserving one of a limited number of spaces. Each booking secures a place for the full programme, camp, or class block. Because spaces are limited, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.

Please note:

• Missed sessions (due to illness, holidays, appointments, etc.) cannot be refunded or credited.
• Cancellations after a programme, camp, or class has started are not eligible for a refund.
• If you need to cancel before the start date, please let us know as soon as possible. We can offer a refund if enough notice is given and we are able to fill the place.
• Once a child has started, refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• If we need to cancel a session, class, or camp, we’ll offer a replacement session or refund.
