Our weekly hockey programme for 4–11 year olds is packed full of skills, action and FUN! Each session mixes exciting drills, fun games and friendly matches to help boys and girls of all abilities develop their hockey skills. Whether your child is picking up a stick for the very first time or already playing at a junior club, there’s a place for them at FUNkey! 🏑

At FUNkey, we believe that when children are having fun, they learn more, try more and enjoy sport more. That’s why our sessions are designed to be high-energy, inclusive and full of smiles, while helping every player grow in confidence and ability.

Our sessions are delivered by our fantastic Lead Coaches, all with teaching experience and qualified coaching backgrounds, ensuring children learn in a safe, supportive and positive environment.

As players develop, they’ll move through our exciting FUNkey Player Pathway, with sessions tailored to their age and stage:

🏑 Hockey Heroes (P1 & P2) – Learning through play!
🏑 Stick Stars (P3 & P4) – Play, practice, play!
🏑 Hot Shots (P5–P7) – Practice to gameplay!

Important Info
• All sessions take place on the outdoor hockey pitch
• Shin guards and a mouth guard are strongly recommended
• Hockey sticks are available to borrow
